A non-profit cultural and artistic cooperative founded in 2009, Anis Cultural Company – Sétif Algeria strives to actively contribute to the cultural and artistic movement, with a particular focus on theater activism. This cultural institution aims to revitalize the environment and embrace young and creative energies, giving them the opportunity to join cultural action. This is achieved through various cultural programs, in addition to support for artists in various categories, be it theater, cinema, or music, allowing for the production of their artistic works within an organized institutional framework.
Coopérative culturelle et artistique à but non lucratif fondée en 2009, la Coopérative culturelle Anis – Sétif Algérie s’efforce de contribuer activement au mouvement culturel et artistique, en mettant l’accent sur l’activisme théâtral. Cette institution culturelle vise à revitaliser l’environnement et à soutenir les énergies jeunes et créatives, en leur donnant la possibilité de s’associer à l’action culturelle. Ceci est réalisé à travers différents programmes culturels, en plus du soutien aux artistes de différentes catégories, que ce soit le théâtre, le cinéma ou la musique, permettant la production de leurs œuvres artistiques dans un cadre institutionnel organisé.
“شركة أنيس الثقافية سطيف الجزائر” هي تعاونيّة فنية ثقافية لا تبغي الربح تأسّست في العام 2009 وتسعى إلى المشاركة الفاعلة في الحراك الثقافي والفني في الجزائر، مع التركيز على العمل المسرحي الناشط. تهدف المؤسسة إلى إعادة الحيوية إلى البيئة، ودعم الطاقات الشبابية والإبداعية ومنحها فرصة الانضمام للنشاط الثقافي، وذلك بواسطة تنسيق وتنفيذ برامج ثقافية متعدّدة، بالإضافة إلى دعم الفنانين من مختلف التخصصات، سواء في مجال السينما أو المسرح أو الموسيقى، ما يسمح لهم بإنتاج أعمالهم الفنية ضمن إطار مؤسسي منظّم.
In the context of sustainable development, Anis Cultural Company – Sétif Algeria continues to seek active participation in the cultural development of neighborhoods, in coordination with various entities and institutions that are concerned with the role of youths and culture, directorates of culture, theaters in the peripheries, as well as with the involvement of the collective movement in various artistic and cultural activities. The cooperative also gives priority to scientific research related to heritage and the traditional arts (music, dance and others) through collaborations with artists and media outlets (official, online, and social media).
Dans le cadre du développement durable, la Coopérative culturelle Anis – Sétif Algérie continue à rechercher une participation active au développement culturel des quartiers, en coordination avec diverses entités, principalement les institutions qui s’occupent du rôle des jeunes et de la culture, les directions de la culture et les théâtres des périphéries, ainsi que l’implication du mouvement collectif dans diverses activités artistiques et culturelles. La coopérative donne également la priorité à la recherche scientifique liée au patrimoine et aux arts traditionnels (musique, danse et autres) par le biais de collaborations avec des artistes et des médias (officiels, en ligne et sociaux).
في إطار التطوير المستدام، تواصل “شركة أنيس الثقافية سطيف الجزائر” مسعاها نحو المشاركة الفاعلة في التنمية الثقافية لإحياء المدينة بالتنسيق مع جهات عدّة أهمها المؤسسات المعنيّة بالشباب والثقافة، والمديريات الثقافية، والمسارح في الأطراف، كما تسعى إلى الانخراط في الحراك الجماعي في مختلف الأنشطة الثقافية والفنية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تعطي التعاونية أولوية للبحث العلمي المتصل بالتراث والفنون التقليدية كالموسيقى والرقص وغيرهما، من خلال التعاون مع فنانين ومنصات إعلامية مختلفة، رسمية وإلكترونية، وعبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
Anis Cultural Company – Sétif Algeria aims to participate in local cultural action, in line with the highlighted objectives, and through the production and distribution of theater plays for both adults and children. Moreover, it offers training to young art amateurs, particularly in the field of theater, who do not have access to spaces or the necessary means to develop, display, or channel their talents within an appropriate setting. The Company makes a determined effort to involve various cultural institutions in sponsoring and supporting its events, even if symbolically. Anis also makes sure its cultural and artistic productions are accessible to all and that they reach even the most remote regions. Furthermore, Anis cooperates with youth organizations affiliated with the Ministry of Youth and Sports by forming young leaders through quality training to improve the efficiency of institutions with which they are affiliated, namely youth clubs.
La Coopérative culturelle Anis – Sétif Algérie œuvre pour l’intégration à l’action culturelle locale et de proximité, et ce conformément aux objectifs soulignés, grâce à la production et la diffusion de pièces de théâtre pour les grands et les petits et à la formation et l’encadrement de jeunes amateurs d’art, et notamment de théâtre, qui ne trouvent pas les espaces ou les moyens nécessaires à développer, révéler ou canaliser leurs talents dans le contexte adéquat. La Coopérative met un point d’honneur à impliquer systématiquement les organismes culturels dans le parrainage, l’appropriation, l’accueil et le soutien de ces activités culturelles, ne serait-ce qu’à titre anecdotique. Elle s’assure également que sa production artistique et culturelle soit à la portée de tous, afin qu’elle parvienne aux diverses catégories sociodémographiques, y compris dans les régions les plus reculées. De plus, elle assure la coordination avec les organismes destinés aux jeunes dépendant du ministère de la Jeunesse et des Sports, en les impliquant et en prenant en charge les animateurs culturels en leur assurant une bonne formation, afin qu’ils soient plus efficaces au sein de leurs institutions respectives, comme les maisons de la jeunesse par exemple.
تسعى تعاونية أنيس الثقافية إلى الانخراط في الفعل الثقافي، محلياً وفي الجوار، في إطار التنمية المستدامة، وذلك وفقًا للأهداف المحددة، حيث تسعى إلى إنتاج وتوزيع مسرحيات للكبار والصغار، بالإضافة إلى الإسهام في تأطير وتكوين الشباب من محبي الفنون، وخاصة المسرح، ممن لا يجدون فضاءات ولا إمكانيات لتنمية قدراتهم والكشف عن مواهبهم، وذلك بمنحهم فرصة للكشف عنها ووضعها في السياق الصحيح. وتحرص التعاونية دائماً على إشراك الهيئات الثقافية على اختلافها للمساهمة في رعاية وتبني هذه النشاطات واحتضانها ودعمها، ولو بشكل بسيط، كما تحرص على أن يكون نتاجها الفني والثقافي في متناول الجميع ليصل إلى مختلف الفئات، وأن يبلغ التوزيع المناطق النائية أيضاً. علاوة على ذلك، تُنسِّق التعاونية مع الهيئات الشبابية التابعة لوزارة الشبيبة والرياضة وتُشركهم، وتدعم الفاعلين الثقافيين من خلال تزويدهم بتدريب يخوِّلهم أن يصبحوا أكثر فاعلية ضمن المؤسسات التي ينتمون إليها، مثل بيوت الشباب.
The project focuses on youth empowerment through theater training (acting, scenography, choreography, script writing, etc), and works on finding opportunities for the integration of youths in cultural and artistic institutions.
Le projet se concentre sur l’habilitation des jeunes par le biais d’une formation théâtrale (jeu, scénographie, chorégraphie, écriture de scénarios, etc.) et s’efforce de trouver des possibilités d’intégration des jeunes dans les institutions culturelles et artistiques.
يُركّز المشروع المُقترح على تمكين الشباب من خلال التدريب المسرحي (التمثيل، تصميم المشاهد، تصميم الرقص، التأليف المسرحي، إلخ…). كما أنّه سيسعى إلى خلق فرصٍ لدمج الشباب في المؤسسات الفنية والثقافية.
We were able to conclude three editions of the Mosaic project for training workshops within the framework of the program.
The workshops brought in 80 participants and focused on dramaturgical writing, scriptwriting, scenography, acting, improvisation, short film making, choreography, radio and television.
Participants also attended curated theatrical performances, which reflect on particular aspects of their workshops to form a comprehensive approach to the knowledge and competencies they acquired.
